I had an amazing experience renting from Enterprise at the Miami Airport location. The staff was friendly and the car I received was spotless and exactly what I had requested. The checkout process was quick, and I loved how they walked me through the car features before I left. I’ll definitely use Enterprise again for my future trips!
Enterprise really saved the day for me last weekend. My original rental from another company fell through, but Enterprise had a car ready in under 30 minutes. The only downside was that the car wasn’t as new as I expected, but it drove perfectly and the service more than made up for it.
The rental process was smooth, but I was disappointed when I realized there were extra charges for toll passes that weren’t clearly explained. The staff was nice enough to remove part of the charge after I called, but I wish they had been more upfront about it during pickup.
